Training policies

1. Training sessions are approximately 60 minutes.

2. Everyday Bodies works with a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a scheduled appointment does not work out for the client, this session should be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. This allows our trainers to reschedule another client, and to effectively use their time. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours, will be charged the full rate of the session.

3. Partner Training and Small Group Training rates differ from one-on-one Personal Training rates. Please ask for our Price list.

4. Clients have a choice to pay single sessions, or to purchase packages. However, all sessions of the packages must be completed on or before the package expiration date. Please ask for our Price list for details.

5. All purchased personal training packages will be paid in full, in advance, and are non-refundable. They are, however, transferable to members of the client’s family, friends, etc.

6. The abovementioned packages and their expiration dates are subject to flexibility in the event of a scheduled business trip or planned vacation. In this case, the client will notify the trainer about these dates well in advance. The purchased package will then be extended appropriately. In the absence of notification by the client, the package expiration date will remain.

7. In the event of an injury or surgery of the client, packages can be postponed.

8. For package sessions, the client will sign off each session at the time of the workout, including sessions cancelled without 24-hour notification.

9. Everyday Bodies reserves the right to provide a substitute trainer in the event the original scheduled trainer is unavailable to conduct a workout session. The substitute trainer will be certified in personal training, and the client will be made aware of this substitution ahead of time.

10. All new clients will be asked to fill out a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, a health and medical questionnaire, as well as a lifestyle- and exercise assessment sheet. These questionnaires are designed to provide trainers with the necessary information on a new client’s medical and physical history and will allow them to start an appropriate workout plan. We ask to answer and sign these questionnaires in all honesty and truth.

11. Everyday Bodies reserves the right to refer clients to physicians and/or physiotherapists and stop the training program if this is in the best interest of the client.
